    You spot a project

    One of your clients mentions a custom software or AI agent need. You email [email protected] with their name and a line of context (three lines is enough).

    We qualify together

    30 minutes with a founder (Kevin or Derick) to scope the project, estimate budget and timeline. If we're not the right partner, we say so and we don't push.

  3. 03

    We deliver

    Scoping, delivery, production rollout. You stay informed of status without being involved in project management (unless you want to).

  4. 04

    You earn 15%

    On client contract signing, we wire 15% of the net contract amount (cap €8,000). No recurrence clause, no paperwork, direct bank transfer.

The rules, plainly
  • 15% of the net amount of the first signed contract. Cap €8,000 per project.
  • Paid within 30 days of client signing, by bank transfer.
  • No recurrence on subsequent contracts — this is a first-contact referral fee.
  • No formal contract upfront. Good faith between founders / leaders. If the mechanic works, we formalize at the third project.
  • You stay the commercial reference for the client if you want (transparency on exchanges). Otherwise you hand over and we keep you posted on milestones.
  • You earn nothing if the project doesn't sign. Zero risk for you, zero upfront.

Frequently asked

Why 15% and not 10% or 20%?
10% is too little to reward a real qualified referral in B2B software. 20% would erode our margin to a point where the project is less profitable and less well delivered. 15%, capped at €8,000, is the balance we apply today.
What if the client comes back to sign a second contract with you?
You earn 15% on the first contract only. Subsequent contracts do not trigger a commission — consistent with the first-contact referral model. If you stay actively involved in the client relationship, we can discuss an addendum case by case.
How long until I receive the commission?
Within 30 days after client contract signing, direct bank transfer. We send a statement with the exact amount. If the contract spans several milestones, the commission is paid on global contract signing, not per milestone.
Are you asking me to be a salesperson for you?
No. We're asking you to think of us when you hear a need from a client, and to send an email with their name. That's all. The commercial work (qualification, quote, contract) stays on our side.
What if I want to stay in the loop during the project?
You can. We CC you on key checkpoints (scoping, deliverable validation, final acceptance) if you want. Many partners appreciate this because it strengthens their position with the client. But it's optional — you can also hand over and pick up the relationship after.
Do you take any project?
No. We accept projects where we are the right partner (custom software or AI agents for SMEs / mid-caps / founders). We refuse out-of-scope projects (showcase website redesign, pure consumer mobile app, SAP integration). If we refuse, you earn nothing — but we point you to another player if possible.
