- My teams are on site, does the app work without network?
- Yes. Time tracking and photo capture work offline, with automatic sync as soon as the phone regains network. No blocking in dead zones.
- We already use Sage / Cegid for payroll, do you replace it?
- No. We sync with Sage Paie or Cegid Paie. The construction app handles time tracking and site tracking, payroll stays where it is. Bidirectional sync, no double entry.
- How long to roll out?
- A baseline application (time tracking + quotes + planning) is delivered in 4-6 weeks. Payroll sync and migration of in-flight sites takes 2 more weeks.
- My workers aren't tech-savvy. Will they really use it?
- That's our #1 requirement on these projects. 10-second time entry, big buttons, few menus. Validated on firms of 5 to 50 workers: > 90% adoption after the first week.
- And amendments mid-site, how are they handled?
- Each amendment is a new version of the quote with its own margin tracking. The customer signs the amendment from their phone, the site automatically switches to 'modified' with target-margin recalculation.
