- Does my LGO (LGPI / Smart Rx / Winpharma) stay in place?
- Yes, always. The LGO remains your core (dispensing, CPAM, prescriptions). We connect to it via APIs or standard exports to sync stock, loyalty and patients without replacing anything.
- Does the application handle medication serialization?
- Datamatrix code reading at the counter, EMVS verification, alert if the medication has been deactivated. This function is generally already in your LGO, we connect to it without duplication.
- Are treatment reminders GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Explicit consent at signup, 1-click opt-out, opt-in base segmented by treatment type. HDS hosting if you handle reminders via our infrastructure, or your own if you prefer.
- How much does the solution cost per pharmacy?
- Initial fixed-price varies by scope: €15-25k for a neighbourhood pharmacy (loyalty + reminders + Click & Collect), €30-50k for a multi-pharmacy grouping. Maintenance afterwards, no per-user subscription.
- My grouping / central already has a tool, do you replace it?
- Often no. We complement what's missing (personalized Click & Collect, advanced loyalty, treatment reminders) and let your grouping tool handle its historical missions.
