Custom software for robotics.

Robotics startups and SMEs: fleet monitoring, real-time telemetry, predictive maintenance, IoT integration, operational-data analysis. Generic IoT solutions are either too low-level (ThingsBoard) or lack the business dimension.

01What we solve

Three recurring problems.
The same in most firms.

Before talking software, we talk pain points. If you don't recognize any of these three, we are probably not the right partner for you.

  • 01

Your robots produce data, you don't exploit it

Vibrations, temperatures, cycles, error codes: fed back from PLCs, never analyzed. No predictive maintenance, only corrective. Failures cost 10× more than preventive maintenance.

10× the cost of failure vs preventive maintenance

  • 02

    Monitoring is basic

You see if a robot is UP or DOWN, not why it drifts. Customer SLAs are measured loosely, incident reports rebuilt manually.

No automatic root-cause analysis on incidents

  • 03

    Existing IoT solutions are generic

ThingsBoard, AWS IoT, PTC ThingWorx: excellent technical tools, but lack the robotics business dimension.

Business layer to code on top of generic IoT

02Complex or critical software

The systems that
cannot fail.

When your processes require a replayable audit trail, sagas with compensation, or compliance by construction, we ship an event-driven architecture (DDD + CQRS + Event Sourcing), not a CRUD layered with audit logs.

  • OTA firmware steering with automatic rollback

OTA firmware steering with automatic rollback

Full cycle Build → Sandbox test → Canary deployment → Metric validation → Progressive rollout → Confirmation. Automatic rollback if metrics degrade. Designed so no update can brick a robot fleet.

  • Replayable safety history

    Replayable safety history

For collaborative robots (ISO 10218 / ISO 13482): every emergency stop, safety alert and human intervention is kept tamper-proof. Exact incident reconstruction for causal analysis and authority declaration, evidence admissible.

  • Predictive maintenance via IoT AI assistants

Predictive maintenance via IoT AI assistants

One AI assistant per sensor signal (vibrations, temperatures, cycles, load) ingesting in real time the feedback from your PLCs (MQTT, OPC UA), detecting anomalies via embedded ML and escalating to maintenance. Each suggestion kept with reasoning.

For robots with embedded AI (vision, navigation, decision): EU AI Act obligations applicable on 2 August 2026. Each AI decision is kept with reasoning, model and score, 5-year history for ANSSI or DGA audit.

03Mobile and web applications

The day-to-day apps,
screen by screen.

For everything else (CRM, portals, scheduling, billing), we ship a custom application, on your design system and with your existing integrations.

  • Real-time fleet monitoring

    Real-time fleet monitoring

Fleet map with status, current mission, kilometres / cycles since last maintenance. Anomaly alert, immediate escalation.

  • Telemetry and structured logs

    Telemetry and structured logs

Real-time per-robot telemetry ingestion (position, battery charge, temperatures, error codes), correlation with missions, full-text log search.

  • Mission tracking and productivity

    Mission tracking and productivity

Mission by mission: duration, distance, load, success rate. Automatic productivity calculation per robot, per site, per customer. Cohort comparison.

  • SLA contracts and usage billing

    SLA contracts and usage billing

For robot lessors or service operators: tracking of contractual SLAs, usage billing (per cycle, per mission, per km), automatic penalties on breach.

04Regulations & integrations

What we handle natively,
no add-ons.

Business compliance and key integrations are not options, they are prerequisites built in from the start.

05Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we get in meetings.

Do you replace ThingsBoard / AWS IoT?
No. These tools stay for low-level ingestion. We orchestrate on top to add the business dimension (missions, SLA, billing, productivity) that doesn't exist in generic IoT.
Which protocols does data analysis support?
MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus TCP, REST/GraphQL, gRPC. If your robots send anything structured, we ingest it.
How many robots can the solution manage?
Architecture designed to scale horizontally. From 5 to 5000 robots in the same infrastructure, with per-customer / per-site partitioning.
How much does it cost for a 50-robot deployed startup?
€40-100k initial depending on scope (monitoring + telemetry + predictive maintenance), €8-15k/year maintenance. Infra hosting separate per your choice.
And OTA, is it secure?
Yes. Cryptographic package signatures, automatic rollback on per-robot failure, progressive rollout (canary, ring-based), full audit trail.
