Answers to the questions we get in meetings.

How long to replace our existing tools?
A baseline application is delivered in 3-5 weeks. Migration of data from Sage, Cegid or another tool takes 1-2 additional weeks depending on volume. We switch over team member by team member to avoid shutdown.
Can we keep Sage for accounting and only replace satellite tools?
Yes, that's even the most common mode. We synchronize bidirectionally with Sage (or Cegid, Pennylane) and only replace satellite tools (CRM, document store, client portal, billing outside accounting).
Our clients hate portals. Why would yours be different?
Because we design it for your clients, not your team. 2-click document upload from mobile, integrated signature, no account to create if you use FranceConnect. Measured on a 30-person firm: 82% real adoption after 3 months.
Is the code ours? Can we leave Swoft without losing the application?
Yes. IP is transferred to the client at delivery (or perpetual licence, depending on contract). Source code, data, infrastructure: you can host yourself or hand off to any third party.
What if Sage changes its API?
The Sage integration is encapsulated in an isolated adapter (DDD architecture). A Sage API change requires updating that adapter, 1-3 days of maintenance, without touching the rest of the application.
Do you handle B2B electronic invoicing (Factur-X, 2026 reform)?
Yes. Chorus Pro is integrated today for B2G. For the B2B reform we support the Factur-X format and emission via PDP (Plateforme de Dématérialisation Partenaire) once your PDP choice is made.
